The two are scheduled to have lunch together at 11:55 AM. After lunch is the big moment when the two finally sign the Hanoi Declaration.
The agreement will finally reveal what the two sides have agreed to after months of negotiations, with one of the main issues being a possible official declaration to the end of the Korean War.
