Kim Seong-ho and Kim In-won, who were part of the centrist party's election panel, have been charged with violating election law for spreading false information during the presidential campaign.
Prosecutors already have in custody Yi Yu-mi - who's suspected of making the false allegation that President Moon's son received special favors when applying for a public sector job in 2006 - based on a voice recording of someone claiming to be a former classmate of Moon's son.
They have also arrested Lee Jun-seo - on charges of spreading false accusations but concluded the party's leadership, including the former leader and presidential candidate Ahn Cheol-soo, were not involved in the fabrication.
